How do you create a digital platform that can present and sell more than 67,000 different spare parts while simultaneously acting as an effective lead generation engine for an international sales organisation?

This assignment was given to us by AGITO Medical, part of the Philips multinational electronics group. Headquartered in Denmark with subsidiaries in France and the Netherlands, the company sells and rents out used hospital equipment, such as CT and MRI scanners, to hospitals, clinics and distributors around the world.

An integrated digital solution

Based on AGITO Medical's ambition to strengthen their position in the international market for used hospital equipment, Clienti created a strong integrated digital platform. We developed a new visual identity to help differentiate them in a market characterised by generic communication. On the commercial front, we created a digital solution to support the customer journey of target groups and act as a lead generation engine for sales organisations.

Umbraco as CMS platform

AGITO Medical wanted to digitise some of the administrative tasks that constituted a large part of the marketing department's day-to-day work. These were tasks such as product creation, management of product information and, not least, the continuous creation of datasheets. With Clienti’s Umbraco solution and the development of special functionalities, AGITO Medical got a solution that not only increased customer acquisition but also made the daily life of AGITO Medical's marketing department easier.

Efficient searching among thousands of spare parts

When a CT or MRI operator needs a spare part for the scanner, they must be able to find it quickly, easily and conveniently. Here, accessibility is key. That’s why Clienti created a customised search function that makes it easy for the target audience to find the right spare part both on the website and also if the spare part number is searched on Google.

Integration with external systems

With over 67,000 spare part numbers from various external systems, product data needs to be kept in order so that the target group can find the exact spare parts they’re looking for. To ensure optimal management of this product data it is all downloaded in Umbraco so that only one place needs to be maintained.

 

 

 

Product filtering guides the customer

One of AGITO Medical's business pillars is rental of hospital equipment. To guide the potential customer towards the right choice of equipment, Clienti developed a web filtering solution that displays the equipment in stock based on parameters such as system, brand and mounting variants.
