ATOP develops and manufactures optical transceivers that are marketed worldwide. The company has sales offices in the US, Italy, Denmark and China, and all production takes place at ATOP's state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in China.

The global market is dominated by providers that focus solely on technical specifications, and as a customer it is difficult to differentiate individual manufacturers because all providers are largely similarly positioned in the market.

Through workshops and market research we collaborated with ATOP on defining the company's future brand strategy and desired market position. In a competitive landscape of remote providers, we created a direction for ATOP's future, strengthening the company’s position with focus on human availability, skills and willingness to cooperate with customers. So far, the brand platform has resulted in a new visual identity, digital presence, brand film and, last but not least, a new payoff – Let's make it personal – that puts our collaborative intentions at the forefront.
